Parent Commissioning

Parent Commissioning is a special moment during our worship gatherings where parents and guardians commit to raising their children in a Christ-centered home, and Grace Church commits to partnering with them in that journey. This opportunity is for parents or guardians who have not previously made this commitment and desire to intentionally lead their families to follow Jesus.


Along with the in gathering celebration all parents are required to attend a class prior to Parent Commissioning at the following times:

Millersburg Campus: September 6, 9:45am

Berlin Campus: September 23, 6:30pm in Conference Room

Brewster Campus: September 16, 6:30pm

Sugarcreek Campus: September 23, 6:30pm in the lower level

A required Parent/Guardian class is offered at each campus prior to the commissioning:

Millersburg: March 1 • 9:45 AM (between gatherings)

Berlin: March 1 • 9:45 AM (between gatherings)

Brewster: February 26 • 6:30 PM

Sugarcreek: March 3 • 6:30 PM (Lower Level Kids Area)


We believe healthy families grow from intentional faith at home, and we’re honored to walk alongside parents as they raise the next generation to follow Jesus.
