Harvest Fest

Save the date because Harvest Fest is coming back on Friday, October 18 at the Berlin Campus!

This is a Harvest Fest for families and individuals from all of Grace's campuses and our communities. Pack up the entire family and join us for trunk-or-treat from 6-7pm, food, face painting, bounce houses, and other fun fall festivities! A full list of activities include trunk or treat, a meal with pulled pork, noodles and baked goods, barrel train, bounce house, carnival games, face painting, petting zoo, wagon rides, and live music with Polen Band! Please bring a lawn chair and come on out for a great night!

If you enjoy fall festivities, kids, and fun, then sign up to volunteer!

We need volunteers for trunkers (decorate your trunk and hand out candy), Bounce House Control, Face Painting, Barrel Train Driver, Setup & Clean Up Team, donating Baked goods, and donating Party mix.

• Trunkers will need to arrive by 5:30pm to setup your trunk. Kids will walk through from 6-7pm to get treats. A prize will be rewarded to the Top 3 best trunks. As a trunker, you are responsible to provide your own candy, and in past years there have been close to 350 people that attend the event.
• In the event of rain, everything will be moved inside the building. You will be notified Friday morning if the event has been moved inside.
• For those who are donating food items, please drop your items off by October 18 at the Berlin Campus.
